Abstract

Abstract
Regarding the implementation of the supervision toward foreign nationals in East Borneo, Samarinda Immigration Office has difficulties to supervise their stay and activity. As the rules and regulations are considered as adequate, then the weakness is not in the legal system but caused limited Immigration Officer. According to this government regulation, there are two types of supervision: administrative and field supervisions.

Abstrak
Pelaksanaan pengawasan Orang Asing di wilayah Kalimantan Timur, Kantor Klas 1 Imigrasi Samarinda mengalami kesulitan dalam melaksanakan pengawasan terkait keberadaan dan kegiatan Orang asing di Kaltim. Sesungguhnya kelemahan dalam sistem pengawasan bukan terletak semata-mata pada sistem aturan karena sistem aturan yang ada sudah cukup lengkap tetapi juga terletak pada keterbatasan petugas yang dimiliki Oleh Kantor Imigrasi Klas I Samarinda . Sesuai ketentuan peraturan pemerintah ini, maka dalam melakukan pengawasan tersebut ada 2 bentuk pengawasan yang dilakukan, yaitu pengawasan Administrasi dan pengawasan lapangan.
